I'm passionate about customer experience and equally excited about enterprise and customer-facing experiences. Experienced in leading the full gamut of Design Thinking principles, I've conducted and presented both research findings and whiteboard sessions, demonstrating user empathy-mapping that connects to actual data-points and product feature-sets. I create information architecture and produce both hand-sketched and digital wireframes, and design clickable prototypes of both simple and complex natures. I have both Agile/Scrum and Lean UX experience, have written epics/stories and business requirements to partner with engineering teams. I've conducted and reported on field and lab user-testing sessions using A/B, qualitative, quantitative and guerrilla methods.
