Enterprise Platform (SaaS/PaaS)
The vision–Design a multi-tenant platform to verify medical records and enable folks to get back to normal–return to work, school and events during the CV19 pandemic. The enterprise platform needed to support three user types (Issuer, Holder, and Verifier), be available in marketplace as both a SaaS application and a cloud-based service (PaaS) and have the ability to white-label.

Strategy Lead
My role blurred the lines between product strategy, design direction, and product management, which meant partnering with Unisys executive leadership to define features, revenue streams, pricing models, and use-case scenarios, while helping to lead go-to-market efforts, partnering with sales-enablement and marketing teams, influencing design and digital marketing.
Team Layout
There was a large core team and a C-suite group of executive leadership with Unisys.
Research & Planning Workshops
Several workshops were conducted to envision, define and plan payment process, revenue models, and use-case scenarios.
